Manager very responsive and helpful.
PHARMACY RATING.
Above and beyond effort by RX STAFF at all times.
Never rush a customer with a ?.
The pharmacy staff is polite and to please.
For exanple:. They close at 9:00 weekdays but they stayed for me until 9:03 because I needed an important RX and got delayed in traffic. I cell phone Scott and he offered to stay until I got there.
That is SPECIAL CUSTOMER CARE

The two pharmacists I see the most are Monica and Scott.
Both very knowledgeable and patient when asked questions.

Worse experience ever. Went to this location to exchange the jeans size and the manager told me that I'm gonna have to pay the difference. I bought them for 7$ bcoz they didn't have 2 of those when they were buy one get one free. Like this is just ridiculous. I was told at the other location that I could even exchange it if the size doesn't fit me. Like does every store have their own policies. She was extremely rude too. Never going to rite aid again and this never happened to me before. I've always exchanged stuff without any problem.
