This is the worst tax return preparer that I have come across in 26 years of my filing tax returns. I had my personal, my child's and a partnership return done by Maria RIckard. She prepared my returns with several errors and several forms missing. She does not return calls or answer emails. Finally when I got hold of her after 2-3 weeks of repeated phone calls to their customer service and pointed out the errors. She claimed that she has corrected the errors but still filed the wrong returns. When I received a refund that I was not supposed to, I tried to contact their owner Esther Gulyas, but she never returned my emails/phone calls. I have a pending complaint with the IRS, NYS dept of taxation and I am taking them to Amherst small claims court to get the money I paid them back or for them to fix my returns.
