Doesn't deserve the 1 Star. I have to say, I have never been treated so poorly. A few years ago, they installed a gate for us. One of the holes concrete washed away. They came back twice to poor more concrete. Finally my husband did it himself. Know the same pole is lifting out of the ground, so much we have to tie the gates closed. It's won't latch anymore. We asked them to come back and redo the gate to a new place, they claimed that the gutter (that ran under the deck) was causing the problem. So we signed an agreement to have the existing gate moved, which they said it would take a few weeks before they can start. No problem. Well, we signed in June 2017, after SEVERAL phone calls (talking to the owner, himself) he never once returned our calls when he said he would. On top of that EVERY time we called we had to go over and over who we were, what was going on. He gave us so many promises, that finally I showed up there and asked for our deposit back. He had the guts to ask me again, who i was and why I wanted the deposit back. Steam was coming out of my ears. After waiting several minutes, they finally gave me a check posted dated for the next week. He claimed payroll, whatever. As I sat their he actually tried to sell me another gate. I just looked at him and said "Stop, I will never do business with you!" WORST customer service! Don't waist your time.
