They decided to take the wall safe out of our room for mantaince and my son fell backwards on to it and sliced his entire butt cheek on the screw and left him permanently scarred with a horrific scar. We had no choice but to use their crappy towel to clean up some of the blood before the ambulance came.. once we were back from the hospital we tried to pay for another week and they told us we had to leave because the ambulance came and " we ruined their towel with red stuff" --- just full of crackheads anyways
